I planned to spend all of yesterday doing etsy work, but it was down for maintenance so I ended up going to Newcastle instead, thinking I could just catch-up today.

GUESS WHICH SITE CURRENTLY HAS A BUG THAT STOPS YOU FROM ACCESSING YOUR LISTINGS AND SALES?

Ahem.

Either I go through my emails and work out what goes where, hoping not to make a mistake, or I gamble that they fix it and work over the weekend (which is not ideal).  I'll never understand why they don't run decent sodding beta tests before roll outs, but I guess I should be used to it by now.

I have a lot of writing and reading to do, so I guess I could distract myself for a couple of hours, and then decide from there.  Or maybe spin up this batt for a bit.

I vote for spinning, but reading and writing are also worthwhile pursuits :)

I did some spinning first, until my wrist got sore, and then tried to write but actually just dicked about for a bit. But spinning progress!

Is it me or does Etsy seem to have more bugs than usual? Yesterday, I looked at one of my listings on my phone and it showed an old photo I had replaced. When I clicked on the listing though, it showed the new picture. Wth?

They're between two days-apart scheduled maintenances right now so I am not horribly concerned. If problems persist after the Aug 26 maintenance is completed, I'll worry.

I think that's also being talked about in the bugs forum. I appreciate that they no longer let the code monkeys run riot, but their approach to site-wide changes still does my head in.
