I signed up for the fairy tales card over at allbingo, even though this fic is eating my brain - my general feeling is that, although most of the characters are old faves, some need a bit of a shake before I can put them on. And it's a world where archetypes are a subspecies of deity that evolved to take advantage of that big ol' pool of belief that was just sitting there, so I think I have a shot at a line at least.

I'm going to try to do some reading now, but I don't think I'll succeed. I want to finish this book though; my TBR pile is ridiculous.

I've never tried a bingo card. Are they hard to do?

I think it depends on whether the prompts catch you, or not? Some previous themes have left me cold. This card has a few I already have ideas for, but my original stuff slants heavily towards urban fantasy, and sci fi that has fantasy elements. allbingo is a good, low pressure comm if you want to give it a try with other people - the competitive side is a month, but if you don't make it you can keep going with the card and post your fills much later (I still have one on the go from a couple of years ago), or you can pick up an old card/theme that interests you. Also they're pretty flexible on the patterns you can use. If you fancy having a go by yourself first there's a good generator here, which lets you make a smaller card.

I'll make sure to check out all these links and rules for how this even works, lol. then I'll add it to my list of challenges. Right now I'm doing a prompt table (or three) at 15kisses.

I have about seven books from the library out. oops? I keep checking out more despite having plenty at home already to read.

It's fun if you're in need of prompts! I used to do them a bit on LJ. I'm thinking the bottom line with this one, but idk, there's a few ideas outside pattern XD
