I've had about three hours sleep thanks to etsy fuckery, so if I leave some really weird comments later on then please forgive me. I get less shy when I'm tired. (I mean, I've straight up referred to etsy's customer service as 'a toxic-waste dumpster fire' and told the survey I trust a barrel of monkeys with my money more than I do them, but hopefully it will give some poor collator a smile).

Still, at least I didn't have to get a passport just to keep my shop open. That being said, my shop is still open purely so that I have some income while I set up elsewhere. I don't need sleepless nights because I've received a message that says "use our payment system or we'll close your shop on May 18th uwu", especially given that I can already predict the nasty cash-grabs to come.

Dickheads.

I tried etsy and never had much luck selling on that site.

It seems very hit and miss for people; I've been pretty successful, but I've realised now (ironically, because of their fuckery) that most of my business comes from customer referrals; I'm driving traffic to them. So, own website it is. Once I get my finger out. I registered inkbandits.co.uk a couple of weeks ago though, so at least I've started.

I also have a website and really need to update it now that I think about it. I tried to keep up with a blog, but just got too far behind. I also have a FB page for my business.

I don't really do FB, but I think I might be okay with a blog as long as I have a posting schedule. I can get away with doing plan-with-mes though.

I'm considering getting back into my fiber art blog. It really is a lot of work though to keep it up to date.
